When a photographer is asked to shoot a destination wedding they have to find that special balance of the attractions of the location and the event in the pictures taken. When a couple chooses New York City, there are so many sights that the job is made doubly hard and when the subjects cram in so many places in the wedding day, even more so. Thankfully, Lindsay and Brett and their lovely guests made the job a lot easier by being great subjects.

It was a really interesting day and it was great being able to photograph Lindsay and Brett in locations as varied as a wooden pier, the New York subway and Central Park. The evening ceremony was gorgeous. The stunning architecture and the dancing flames of the candles provided an uber-romantic setting that is so different to daytime ceremonies. We just love the picture of the dog giving Brett a good luck lick and Lyndsay’s blue shoes under that stunning dress obviously point to a wicked side. Watch out Brett, because we think you’re in for a fascinating marriage and we hope your Dreamlife pictures are a terrific start to a happy life with your beautiful wife, Lindsay
